Making Pose or Pose Animations in 2022 tutorial?

I need help because this tutorial doesnt help me Video YT.

 

i tried this but the problem is, when i start the blender script , doesnt save the pose that i make. i use the hkx poser for a chack but shows me the T pose. (even with Cathedral Assets Optim.)

 

Is their another way or a fix for this?
