Help with Outfit studio wanted, converting Dwarven Cyborg Collection

Hi,
I´m trying to convert parts of the Dwarven Cyborg Collection from UUNP to CBBE(3BA).
 

For example trying to convert the Dwarven Dissambled Base.

When I open it in Bodyslide it looks like this:

 

However, when i open it in Outfit Studio it looks like this:

 

And of course, when i try to convert to CBBE it lokks like this:

 

 

So, how do I get rid of the arms and legs? Is this very complicated? Could anyone show how it is done or point me to a tutorial or the like?
