Help with Argonian and Khajiit skins

I downloaded two mods from Nexus that make Argonians and Khajiit more humanoid.

First is nikojaeger's Half-Khajiit-Race (Ohmes-Raht) (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/28702), which technically creates a new race. Is there a way I can make this replace Khajiits in game? (It is female only, but that's fine by me. In fact...)

The second is Fluff's Hybrid Argonians SSE (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/10111). THIS mod replaces Argonians, but I was wondering if there was a way I could make it so only the female skins are applied--male Argonians would look the same as the base game, but female Argonians would use this skin.

If there's already a mod somewhere that does either of these things, I'd love a link.
