F4SE doesn't report any errors and I believe MCM is showing all the mods that are menu enabled. The dialogue prompts show up and all the functions of the mods seem to work but, when the animations are suppose to happen the character just stand there. no error message pops up or anything. I've done and followed every guide and such I could find to no avail. any suggestions?

Don't follow every guide, just follow this one: If you still can't get it to work, after going through that guide and making sure you have nothing on the skip list, that you have the correct theme installed, and updated AAF from the link in that guide, installed the versions of the animation packs listed in that guide in green text, and are using Vortex or Mod Organizer as your mod manager, (If MO, make absolutely sure to follow the load order in the screen shot), if you did all of that and are still stuck, join the AAF discord for further troubleshooting. The invite link is in the guide and that's where we prefer to handle these issues. (also when testing always try it in a new game first. if you get the aaf pop ups after exiting the character creation section, then try the Home key)
katrina.balanchuk Posted September 11, 2022 Posted September 11, 2022 I have the exact same problem. Been following the guide both downloading all aminations and now with just a few minimal ones. Not having any luck. I had them play before just fine. But did a clean reinstall. and now they dont play
katrina.balanchuk Posted September 11, 2022 Posted September 11, 2022 Ok I found the problem!! ? WHhen I did my fresh install I di not cope/paste overwrite the new F3SE version 23 files into my folder in the game location. All works now!
