How to make a male tattoo available for female sims?

Well.

As the title suggests, i'm looking for an answer to my 'problem'.

I'd like to create a female sim with a unique tattoo but the tattoo is only available for male sims.

Included the file, maybe that helps you in helping me?

I'm not sure if this is something that can be done via simstudio, or at least my knowledge is limited in that regard.

If you know on how to make it overlap anything else, so that the tattoo won't be hidden by skintones cc and so on, i'd like to know about that, too.
