Is there a full cloak/bodyslide compatible skeleton armor?

Looking for two armors:

 

1) a cloak mod, one that covers shoulder to shoulder, down to your feet, front and back.

 

2) A skeleton armor, specifically the one that's used when an npc's skin dissolves into bones (like the Miraak boss fight in Dragonborn).

The default skeleton armor is sized for a vanilla male pokes through skin, so I'm wondering if there's one that we can resize.
