The white stockings have the same 'spiky' texture at the top as some of the ones on the mods image page and it comes with alot of variants.

Ok, looking at the black ones the closest match i can find is looking at this https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/39132?tab=images#lg=3&slide=7

The thickness of the top part seems a bit off but I think that might be down to the pose stretching the texture and looking at the first post the black stockings don't cover the feet aswell whereas the white stockings do. So, i think the white stockings are all one item whereas the black stockings and black heels are two different pieces which also explains the red heels in the link.
