Is there a mod that allows this to be edited?

Like, simply being able to edit the text dynamically and in game? Seems like an easy way to allow you to make your own stories/conversations without having to do the whole "screenshot>photoshop etc" route which defeats the purpose of dyanmically conversating. 

 

I've looked through MCCC to see if there was a way that way but there doesn't seem to be. Also doesn't seem like it would be a hard mod to make either.
