Slavery in whiterun

if i remember correctly, there is slavery mods in whiterun. there is a slave seller near the hall of the dead in whiterun. it's been a while I played Skyrim, I'm kinda forgot the name of the mod. Does anyone know? pretty sure its not slaverun, cause I already try to install it

is not slaverun, is an standalone mod... i remeber Easywheel was a requisite. I didnt see it in long time... maybe was deleted?
