Adding the Fallout 4 PIP Boy to Skyrim SE?

Does anyone know of a mod that adds a Fallout 4 pipboy as a wearable item? I found this on youtube but I'm not sure if it's safe as my browser is telling me that the connection of the site the link in the description leads to is not secure. if anyone can let me now the legitimacy of this mod or point me in the direction of an alternative I would be most grateful.

From what I remember that user has a pretty bad reputation, stealing mods is one reason why. I wouldn't trust any links on their videos if I were you.
