Teen puberty

I'm confused about teen puberty. I understand there should be a wicked attribute under personalization in a teen sim but I don's see any. Is there a cheat I can use for teen puberty?

Wicked, Personalization, Wicked Traits, Give All Sims Wicked Traits, Select Teenager and Confirm. Then it should work

My issue now is that when I select Post-Puberty, I get this message: The total of 0 attributes has been added to 0 sims. I don't know why.

You have to select all teenagers, then confirm and select the first in the attributes. For me it has no name and no description but can choose the first one from the list and then attributes are added

Does anyone know if teens go through puberty on their own or not?

I am also having problems with this. So far I turned on the post puberty setting for all teens. But still the teens cannot have sex.
