[FNV] is it possible to converting armor from one bodytype to the body type 3/4/6 using only outfitstudio and nifscope?

Most of the guide I found online tend to use blender 2.9.4 with the downloaded required nifimport/exporting plug in which I feel like too much of a hassle for me to acciquire. I just want to simply replace bodymesh of some armor and replace/convert it to type 3. Is it possible with only outfitstudio and nifscope like it was in Fallout 4?
