Any lovers or just spouse depending on MCM setting. gets jealous and becomes aggressive to anybody who they see doing something sexual with the PC. Would be nice to also include npc as well. More risk for cheaters. Or aggressive sexual attacks on someone's lover could piss someone off as soon as they are spotted in the act. If includes npcs then that means the PC also could be attacked if they are aggressor or just caught in a consensual affair with someone else's spouse.

So I suppose whoever that is would need to be in some sort of defeated state and can't move while the 2 are fighting over them.
