Suddenly can not resize female breasts in CAS

It was normal but suddenly I can not resize any female model breasts , whenever I move mouse over the breasts area it just stretch the body front and back , it no longer allows me to reshape or resize breasts , It is like breasts slider is gone or something.

 

I tried to switch the upper body mod back to default , but did not work , So i tested on complete new sim and found out still can not reshape or resize the breasts , I can resize any other body part as far as I can tell ,

Any ideas?

Maybe you need to update the sliders.

 

Download sims 4 studio (download the program according to your operating system).

Once you have done it you will have to enter the family unit's CAS where you want to edit the female sims.
