Apply body presets individually in Fallout 4

Hi, do you guys know of any mod that allow me to individually apply different body presets to my character and followers? 

I know bodygen generates randon bodies, but thats not what I looking for.

Bodygen doesn't just apply random bodies, you can specify which NPCs get which body. This video goes into more detail and even provides files you can use or tweak for your own presets.

I see. I was thinking something to apply presets in game, like when applying faces with looks menu.

Looks menu presets can apply bodyslides as well as face presets if in the same .json.

But I believe it only works for CBBE bodies

All body presets I have are xml. I want to change their bodies but not their faces.

So, here I come again.

The followed the tutorial vid and it worked just fine except for a little clipping with some clothes. I just ignored it at first, but after a while it really started bothering me.

I'm using outfits from three mods, eli's armor compendium, dlx clothes pack and vtaw wardrobe 8.
The vanilla outfits and the outfits from eli's compendium are fine in my game, but all outfits from dlx clothes pack and vtaw wardrobe have their lower boobs cliping out of the armors. If the character are naked there's no cliping, only when they're wearing clothes from those mods, and some outfits (but not all) even have breasts cliping out of the t-shirts (I'm not talking about tops from vtaw wardrobe that are supposed to have the boobs out, I'm talking about outfits it weren't supposed to happen, like the jacket and long coat for instance and also some of the tops). 
Some clotehs also looks fine when the charcter are still but have cliping problens when the character starts moving, this happens mainly with dlx clothes pack. 

I tried to see if I could fix this in outfit studio, but there's no cliping when I open the clothes there. 

I'll be glad if anyone can tell me how to fix it, if not it's fine anyway, I can just ignore the outfits that are cliping and keep using the ones that are not.

This happens to me too. What I do to get by this is have 2 presets for 1 character. A nude preset and a clothed preset with pushup, cleavage, flattened breasts and shorter nipples.  Functionally, this gets rid of clipping but it also simulates the character is wearing a bra or has some boob support.

Just take the preset that you want and adjust the sliders to your heart's content.
