Sex based on attractiveness

Is there a setting in WW where I can make it so my sim doesn't want to have sex with his partner based on his attractiveness settings? His wife is skinny and he wishes she would gain weight

The wicked trait "shallow" would be close to what you ask for. Sims with very high friendship and romance will want to have sex though. In WW, it's a bit more to sex than physical attraction (WWs message on sex is actually surprisingly positive, it's about learning to interpret all the little physical clues that make it enjoyable experience for both). If you want your sim to refuse his wife, you might want to lower your romance bar through MCCC.
