How to convert skeleton from Skyrim to Fallout 4 and make it work

There was a Skyrim skeleton mod called cute female ragdoll made by boogibogie, what i want is to make my fallout 4 ragdoll like this. if anyone knows how to convert skeleton from Skyrim LE edition to Fallout 4 please do me a favor or tell me how to make it,thanks. I ll upload this skeleton file
