Lens flare - unwanted

Hi Guys,

now and then my view changes and a lens flare creeps in. I can't exactly pinpoint when this occurs. However, if he is there, then permanently.
Does someone know the phenomenon and knows a solution to it?

Looks a lot like Depth of Field,

There is a DOF option in game settings and also most ENB presets come with a DOF already enabled.

Usually I turn the ENB one off and set the ingame one really low rather than off as well.

 

There may be sweetFX versions but never really got around to messing with sweetFX because well I did not have a good graphics card at the time.

 

No idea if any of that will help you but I would check those three things out first if I had those in my game first before looking at whatever else may come up.

I have seen that the effect sometimes also appears in a dialogue. And then disappears again. However, if the effect occurs without dialogue, then it is permanent. But loading the last save helps.

 

The settings you mentioned - where exactly do I find them? Do you mean Blur? I disabled blur.
