Clothing Integration Mod

This is my first post here so first off thanks to all the great modders and people providing support to others trying to get mods working.  I have enjoyed installing an playing with mods and I appreciate your time.

 

I am looking for a mod that will integrate some of the great clothings mods into the game.  By which I mean I want the clothing articals to be ballenced for gameplay, worn by NPCs, and findable in containers around the commonwealth, much like a vannila replacer does but with more advanced multi-slot clothing (e.g. like easygirl).  I have been unable to find anything like this so far but it seems like something that should exist, so maybe I am using the wrong search terms.

 

I am interested in getting into mod writing and I would consider making something like this but if I have missed a mod that does this or some reason why it is not nessesary please stop me from wasting effort.
