male sims seem to have breasts and a vagina?

im hoping someone can help me with this. pictured is don lothario, and he looks...strange. when hes having sex, his penis shows and his chest looks normal. however in cas and in game, he looks like this with no clothes. ive never had this problem before, male sims in cas have always had a flaccid penis and a normal masculine chest until now. im stumped. please help

i'll also add that ive messed around in wickedwhims settings and made sure they gender settings were correct. idk what else to do

I know exactly how to solve this i will even tell you exact file that causing this. Look for file called SBS_SBS_SUGARBODY_BOTTOM_[ WW ] SBS_SBS_SUGARBODY_TOP_[WW] and delete those both files. Should solve the issue.
