Whicked menus are not appearing anymore (young adult and older)

Hi! I reinstalled my game to start fresh with mods and saves and now whicked whims is not working properly. I have only ONE mod in my mod folder and its whicked (tried to install mod both manually and with vortex). It does show up ingame in settings "view custom content", just as it should be, sims are naked in cas, mods and cc is enabled in settings, but I have no whicked options while playing. Cant even see whicked settings when clicking on sim. Also, pink pop up window didnt show up too at the beggining of playing.
