Households won't load

Does anyone know how to get your households to load? I installed High School years and updated the game. Now my households won't load and Better Exceptions keeps giving me all kinds of errors. Now I'm getting this error. Does anyone know how to fix this?   Core\sims4\tuning\instance_manager.py

Do you have Carl's Dine Out Reloaded mod in your game? If you have it, remove it from your mods folder., that mod didn't let me load any household.

Download Tmex-BetterExceptions by twistedmexi on patreon, when you load your game that mod will scan it and give you a report of the possible guilty mods.
