ODefeat MCM not working, causes other mod MCM's not to open.

this is my papyrus log

 

when i try to open the ODefeat MCM menu it gives me a blank menu. it then makes it so i cant open other mods MCMs until i pause and sometimes requires a restart.

 

any ideas? thanks.
