Physics Enabled Base-Game Amulets?

Hey all, I was wondering if anyone has ever seen a good jewelry replacer that adds physics bounciness to some basegame jewelry.  Specifically the Amulet of Dibella.  

 

I'd also be interested in other jewelry and custom pieces too, so if you know some of those please let me know.
