I had to remove XML injector for the want/wishes to show up in my, and in my sons game.  It needs another update as it's not working the way it's suppose to.  Hope this helps you, and some others.

I removed this mod did not solve the problem there must be some other mod doing this in the game

Some mod you use that modify the UI needs to be updated, like UI Cheats.

When EA release an update, you need to update ALL your mods, not 1 or 2. ALL.

I use ww,b drugs, mc commander center and some mods of sacrificial that are updated, but I in some players of the ea forum discovered several cc and mods that are broken affecting the desires in the game

You should download a program to search for conflicts or duplicates of your cc mods, I use Mod Conflict Detector and Sims 4 Tray Importer.

To make batch fixes for your cc mods you need sims 4 studio, download according to the operating system of your computer.

Every time you delete and/or update mods delete the cache of the sims 4 folder. The cache files store information about the mods and the cc of your game and when you delete or update one that gave you problems without deleting the cache the problem will continue.
