Reproducible CTD at bunker hill

This message keeps appearing whenever I approach near Bunker hill although to my knowledge there aren't any mods installed that affect the area bar Select Guitars which I've reinstalled twice both ESP and ESL files. I've tried updating my Drivers here's the LoadOrder:

I have found what mods Caused this issue, it was 

CHEF

CHEF - Cooking Hunger and Expanded Food at Fallout 4 Nexus - Mods and community (nexusmods.com)

and this replacer

OH, thats bad.

could i have compressed the files in a bad way?

i exported the file with 1 layer from GIMP. the compression it used was BC1/DXT1 and i had it generate mipmaps.

 

does it still crash without my pics?.

No worries it was just confusing me lmao mainly because i had no other mods with texture issues at the time
