CBPC physics does not work, only SMP physics works

In short, the problem is that it stupidly does not work cbpc physics. But for some reason, 3ba-smp physics works, I thought that the skse version is not the same, or the mod version is old, but nothing helped. And the mod itself reinstalled the game, as a result, it was empty. What could be wrong, please help!
