help! i have visual issues

Hello. from tonight I can't load the characters from the save and the game menus. What may have happened?
i downloaded all updates and packs. no problem ... tonight I open the game and I can't find anything, no characters, no family .... the lots are empty and the menus disappeared = (
who can help me? Thanks in advance

If you have all the sims 4 expansions up to high school years you need  to update your mods.
