The skins for the obculus pieces have a higher priority than Simdulgence, and the Simdulgence skins are for overlay only (as I recall). It is sometimes better to use the Obculus skins in an overlay, or to use the penises of systems that allow skin textures to be changed by tattoos, for example, which are not Simdulgence.

Alternatively, edit the obculus texture in S4S to remove the penis information.
