My female sims in Cas has a blacked penie

Hello so i have modded a lot over the years. Mostly cute clothing and things that makes it just a little more realistic and perverted. The problem I have is that when I am in cas mode either to make a new one or to edit a saved one. All my females has this blacked penis. I don't really have that much of a problem with as it is not there when I do play but it does make me unable to see certain things like pussy change and some other changes in the same area. 

 

I fixed it some how in the past but now with a lot of new updates and even more mods the process is tedious as I have to sort out all my mods so before I try to do that I will like to hear from here first.
