Weird mod behaviors on folders (mods getting nulled)

so, i have noticed a problem recently. its that when i copy-paste backup game folders (with the ts4 saves from documents/user) on users. the changes i made previously stay. although there is a fix (cleaning up registry with ccleaner) .

 

what i mean, its that supposing :

 

1-on testing changes, i deleted a body  modification mod and the bodies returned to vanilla

 

2-i deleted the save folders with the saves and mods on user

 

3-if i copy-paste the backup files on documents/user, the changes i made previously stay despite me replacing the files and all previous body modification mods being intact on the folder.

 

is this normal ?

 

as i said previously the fix is cleaning up registry. but it is annoying. is there a way to prevent this ?

After reflexion, it's maybe a software lik,e onedrive which cause your issue.
