My female sims have dicks

Hi! All my female sims suddenly have dicks and I'm not sure why. I made sure in CAS that they're all females and feminine and disabled pee standing. Is there a solution to this? Thank you TT

Recently updated my game to latest patch, updated mods and now in CAS all my males have vaginas, breasts texture and big booty. If i create one of this sims, then in game click to undress, the have normal male genitals and chests. So same problem i guess but in reverse,
