Wicked whims is breaking saves?

I have the cracked version of sims and its a few updates back (I believe near when the my story weddings came out [v1.90.358.1030]) and tried getting wicked whims on the game and wondering is the older game is what's causing the lots to break but I suck at reading logs. So could I please have some help

If you have an earlier version of the base game without updates you will probable need an earlier version of wicked whims. The newest update of WW won't work with an earlier version of the base game. I'm afraid I don't know where to find an earlier version of the mod.

I can't even use older version, the mod itself checks for updates then stops it working  if it can't get the update  "TurboLib: [TurboLib] Failed to run '_wickedwhims_check_for_update' method from 'WickedWhims' -> StopIteration: "
