Wicked Whims folder& doesn't work

Should there be a "WickedWhimsMod" folder outside of the Mods folder -I added it- which doesn't include tuning and script but includes animation overrides? I had that folder since I started to use WW without any problem but when I mailed and asked it as WW doesn't work after the update, they said it shouldn't be there. I tried almost everything but mod doesn't work ://
