Slaverun CTD

[Integrity12]

I'm running Skyrim SE v1.5.97.0(because I am playing on a pirated version, not sure if that is allowed here). After the intro quest of Slaverun as soon as I step inside dragonsreach my screen goes black and the game crashes.

 

I looked around for support for this and I found a DD hotfix posted June 1st 2018 by Pifffy at this link: 

I tried the hotfix but it didn't work

I went through and checked all the nexus mods on my load order and they are all compatible with my outdated version(same with SKSE)

I am using vortex

Any help would be appreciated, if more info is needed let me know please
