I guess you can make your own body mesh in blender or something if you don't like that one?

You can do it in outfit studio but it doesn't really have the level of control you need. The genitals on 3BA/BHUNP are very vertex dense and it's a pain to zoom the camera in that far and try to work on a single vertex. 

 

Edit: The latest OS update has a single vertex tool. Mm....
