GTA V - Map Editor Animations

Hello!

Well ... recently I have been playing with this mod for the first time:

And I wanted to know if it is possible to animate the characters you can add with it. I've tried several things and I can't animate them. They are just stay static and stand, and nothing more happens.

So ... is it possible to animate the characters with that mod and save an original map with animated characters on it? Or is it not possible? 

I mean ... there are many mods of maps and many of them have many characters that perform animations. How do they do that?

I have searched in Google but I can't find anything about it. The tutorials are very simple and very basic, and they never say how to make animations.

If anyone knows anything about this I would appreciate the info. Thanks.
