Strange Line On Body Shadow

Hello, 

 

I was wondering if anyone knows what could be causing this line to appear on my character in certain light (mainly the ones that cast shadow) I'm using Silent Horizons ENB + Enhanced Lights and Effects, though its still there when I turn them off.
