CTD in dense areas

Basically, any travelling into the city ruins proper, either by walking or fast travel, causes a CTD. Fast travel into Diamond City is also causing this, though I haven't tried Goodneighbor yet.

My understanding of the crash log is that it's a body physics/skeleton issue. At first I thought it was an issue with either Bodytalk or CBBE/3BBE, but disabling both mods (and attempts with Atomic Beauty), as well as the fix for Bodytalk's issues with certain outfits, changes nothing. Same with AAF, everything disabled but still CTD.

I believe the mods I still have enabled do nothing to body physics/skeletons, but I may be wrong. I've provided the Buffout and Auto-Scan logs to see if someone here can point me in the right direction.
