no 'ask to stop using birth control'?

Hello, I have some questions about the WickedWhims.

 

I want to have baby, but there's no 'ask to stop using birth control' social interaction as introduced in update v169b.

I don't want to change the setting as I want to stop birth control for an individual sims, not all.  :- /

Or did I do something wrong? How can I do?

 

I've already updated to v170h. Is it because of the update?

(It's fine if I have to wait for the new update. Please don't remove this feature. ?)
