everyone's a stripper

I have last WW version before 7/26 update, 170g. when I had prior version, I noticed many of the NPC's via household view were naked, some had underwear, had CC heels, CC long nails, CC eye lashes. I first thought WW generated strippers. I don't have a stripper bar and don't use that function at all. I tried to disable anything related to stripping (an option to completely disable would be great) but there really isn't an option. I would redress them, and still would happen. This has never occurred before version f. I believe F version stated something about fixing this, but is still happening. I have narrowed it down to possibly happening when aging up. I was checking on one of my families and aged a female to YA and she aged up with this same outfit on. It is now driving me nuts! I don't have an error report because there isn't one.
