Multiversus modding?

The game just realeased to the public a few days ago and was wondering if anybody knew how moddable the game would be? It's free so I'd assume that would help out the modding scene a bit if it's at all possible but it is an online game so I don't know how well it would work.

The problem is that gamebanana.com is the main source of these skin mods but the nsfw skins are deleted minutes after they are published. I am confused because they have a bunch of nsfw skins for other games available...

Gamebanana is absolute ass with its complete inconsistancy regarding nsfw mods across different games. Hopefully people who are trying to post nsfw over there eventually learn to post here instead.

With the free camera mod for the lab and how braindead easy it is to just drag/drop mods into this game. i have no worry the nsfw mods will flourish, just need to wait a little i guess for them to be created and hosted somewhere.

 

if there already are some out there, i'd reckon it would be wise to make a thread now for it so theres a concrete place to post them when they are found.

In LovelyLad's defense, it was gone when I checked a while earlier. I was getting the "Oops! There doesn't seem to be anything here" page. Good to see it's up though!

Not gonna use it but it sucks that stuff like this gets removed when moderators feel like being dickbags.

Apparently WB is highly against modding for Multiversus, even going so far as to issue a cease and desist to Gamebanana over it. They wanted them deleted too, but were talked down to keeping it for archive reasons. In other words, modding for this game is basically dead.

I don't know if you guys have seen, but someone did archive the beta of Multiversus before the overhaul, maybe there's hope in that?

dont really know how hard WB is on that type of stuff but if for an example nintendo and riot games have tried to stop modding but people will still find ways around it and still discreetly make and release mods. i wouldve thought that live service would be a problem but if fortnite has nude mods than i think anything is possible.

at this point only thing stopping mods is lack of interest so someone needs to motivate the modders somehow
