Can anyone who still has the Queen of Spades aspiration share it?

So a while ago, I saw a Blacked addon for Big Dick Problems; and it had an aspiration for Queen of Spades. 

I cannot find this addon anymore, sadly, but I would like to have this aspiration still for one or two of my Sims.

Can anybody please help finding this mod for the aspiration?

I don't know if it has an aspiration but here is a copy of the Big Dick problems mod and its blacked add-on
