Move your Mods folder to a safe spot. Create a New Mods folder Install the new MCCC and WW in the new Mods folder I see a lot of exceptions in the "Posture" dept which leads me to believe one of the mods is trying to do something with Posture of course. I saw a ts4 script you have that has posture in it, maybe before moving the Mods folder, remove that one Posture ts4 script out of Mods folder and go back into game and see if postures clears out of exceptions. Otherwise, i would do what i said above, get a good clean exceptions file, and then move in mods until you find an offending one, then move the offending suspect to a "suspect folder" and keep going. It's a PITA with that many mods but that's the best I can come up with.
