This is what happens when an error occurs within the game. A file will be created in your 'The Sims 4 folder' called LastException.text, or similar. In this case it may be located in one of the Wicked Whims folders. Usually they are caused by outdated mods and CC.

If you updated your game to the latest version (07/26/2022), you need to wait until there is an update for WW (and any other mods) before you can play with them again.
