Extract Meshes And Textures from One Game To Another

Dear You,

 

Is there any way to extract a hair mesh and texture from another game such as: 

 

IMVU

 

?

 

There are butt-loads of amazing hairs, clothes, etc. on there. If someone could teach me how to do this, my life would be complete. Thanks in advance,

I just looked around and it looks like there's no way that I saw that would let you export IMVU files into a format that blender can import (.obj).

 

If you can get into an obj that has a uv map already, it makes the process a lot easier, and all that's needed is to import to blender, scale/alter the mesh to fit a body type, do some bone weight copying, attach a skeleton and set the texture map materials (this is for oblivion).
