Weird breast bug when equipping clothes on some followers

So, i've been dealing with this bug for a couple of hours and im quite frustated about it. To make it simple, basically its like a physics bug for the breasts but it only happens when i give them items to wear. The weird thing is this only happens to some followers, like follower A doesnt suffer the bug by the same equipment but follower B suffers from it by the same equipment. Anyone have any idea what this bug is and how to fix it?

Most likely the outfit was made for a different body than the one your follower has. You can try to find a conversion or convert it yourself using outfit studio.
