Skin a meshes of hedgehog for critter in skyrim

Hello.

 

I would like to know if someone want to skin or want to explain how i can skin the meshes i bought for skyrim. (I have all permisson to use it.)

 

I try many time but in the ck with control movement the mesh is always distorted like a spaghetti

 

i tried to use the skeever skeleton.
