What's the most hastle-free way to start a sexlab scene between two npcs?

I want to tag two actors and start a scene, using the animation rules specified in sexlab. How can I do this?

Sexlab Matchmaker lets you use spells to target actors, Sexlab Tools lets you bind a hotkey and set an animation queue.
