COCO Body 3BBB Breasts, Butt, and Vagina Disappear in SMP Mode (LE)

I've been playing using COCO's CBBE 3BBB body for awhile, but when I started a new game and enabled the SMP body object, the parts of my character that should be animated disappear when I open a menu of any kind (including the esc menu) or perform any kind of interaction. The issue doesn't affect my old saves, but new ones barely last a few minutes before the issue occurs. I have XPMSE installed with COCO as the higher priority and HDT-SMP installed as instructed. Any tips or fixes would be greatly appreciated!
